Join our Himalayan Bike Ride to discover the stunning landscapes of Pokhara and the Annapurna region in Nepal. Muktinath serves as a sacred site for both Buddhists and Hindus, where you'll encounter Tibetan traders and Sadhus from southern India. The area features shrines nestled among trees, including a Buddhist monastery and the Vishnu temple of Jiwala Mayi.

Nearby, an ancient temple houses a spring and natural gas jets that create Muktinath’s renowned eternal flame, highlighting its spiritual importance through the earth-water-fire elements. breathtaking views of Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Tukuche peak, and several other 8,000m mountains. Jomsom, a modern, is the heart of the 'Thakali' homeland, where the Tibetan-descended Thakali people maintain their unique language and customs

We travel from Kathmandu to Jomsom and begin our journey along a well-known trail, leading us through various charming villages rich in culture and architecture. As ride down the rocky paths from Jomsom, we gradually descend to the paved road takes us to the picturesque city of Pokhara, nestled at the base of Annapurna Mountain Range.

Unlike other of the Nepalese Himalayas, the Annapurna range does not separate Nepal from Tibet. In Pokhara, this enchanting lakeside town, framed by the stunning Machhapuchhre (“Fishtail” mountain creates a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation.

​

Set in a peaceful valley, Pokhara enjoys a tropical climate that supports an array of vibrant flowers. There are countless attractions to explore, including the sacred Gupteshower cave, historical museums dedicated to the legendary Gurkha Warriors, Sarangkot hill, and the World Peace Pagoda.

Off-road riding skills are a must, as we will be navigating rough, steep surfaces and single-track trails.

ITINERARY

Day 1:  Arrive Kathmandu 1,400m​

Day 2:  Drive to Pokhara (820m) 6 – 7 hrs. OR Jomsom (2743mm) 9 - 11 hrs

            Or Fly / Drive to Jomsom (2910m) and Biking to Kegbeni (2800m)​

Day 3:  Biking from Kagbeni (2800m) to Muktinath (3760m). 14km

Day 4:  Biking from Muktinath (3760m) to Marpha (2690m). 17km

Day 5:  Biking from Marpha (2670m) to Kalopani (2539m). 32km

Day 6:  Biking from Kalopani to Tatopani (1190m). 20km​

Day 7:  Biking from Tatopani to Beni (760m)18km, and Drive to Pokhara. 

Day 8:  Drive or Fly to Kathmandu.

Day 9:  Free day / Fly home
