Perry founded PJS Adventures in 2009 with the aim of inspiring others to achieve great things, push their boundaries, and experience some of the world’s most spectacular places. His work is driven by the belief that adventure is most powerful when it is purposeful—combining preparation, leadership, and experience to create lasting personal impact.

With years of international guiding experience, Perry has led expeditions to iconic destinations including Mount Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp, Aconcagua, Mont Blanc, and Mount Elbrus, as well as across the Himalayas, South America, Europe, and the Middle East. Each journey is carefully designed with a strong focus on safety, support, and respect for local environments and cultures.

Perry is recognised as one of the most experienced non-Tanzanian leader/guides on Mount Kilimanjaro, having summited the mountain more than 30 times. He is also among a small number of non-Tanzanians to complete the Kilimanjaro Gate to Summit to Gate route in under 24 hours.

At the core of Perry’s approach is the belief that people often underestimate what they are capable of. Through challenge-based adventure, clients discover resilience, confidence, and strength they didn’t know they had.

In addition to guiding, Perry is a certified Ironman, Marathon, and Cycling Coach, supporting clients physically, mentally, and strategically so they arrive fully prepared.
